Phòng ở chi nhánh mình đặt gặp sự cố nên khách sạn chuyển sang chi nhánh khác.
Khách sạn mới, phòng sạch sẽ, tiện nghi.
Có nước suối free.

Decent cheap place if all you need is a place to sleep.
If you like listening to others get it on then it's a great place because this is a hotel that caters to men and women who want a couple of hours of "exercise" and sometimes they love letting everyone else in the hotel know of their activities through noise.
Other than that. It's alright, hot water takes a while, bed is decent, does have some stains but on request they change the sheets so it's fine.
Floor could be a bit cleaner and the room doesn't feel very secure, the lock isn't that great I think.

Location: District 7 is a gem for those who want experience local life of Vietnam but more upscale. Rooms with balcony were great. Staff were trying to do their best when asked.
No English at reception. No room cleaning for 8 days, unless you ask. Cleanliness in the rooms are on ok side, some moldy walls, etc. In one room we found used bra, in another condoms on the top of shelf.. The cleanliness of the public areas were worse: cigarette buds on the stairways, dirty elevator. Also soundproof is weak: can hear people sneezing, coughing, making love, and early morning cleaning lady's youtube streaming. Also smoking allowed in balconies, halls; receptionist was smoking at reception. They allow stays for up to 2 hours, you might know yourself what for :)
