Disponibilita alla reception ,gentilezza con dei problemi inziali legati a una stanza che ci avevano dato,nonostante l orario.Essenziale in posizione buona.
Stanza molto buia ,finestra piccole che davano su un pozzo luce,molto differente dalle foto.Ci avevano dato una stanza usata ma per fortuna hanno risolto dandocene un altra come sostituta.Prezzo alto rispetto alla media.

The staff were very friendly! The room was dark & quiet.
The room smelled like sewer from the bathroom. When you left the room, all the power turned off...including the fridge.

Location was good
The entrance to the hotel was confusing, as a different name was displayed on the sign, so I had to double-check at reception to confirm I was in the right place. Unfortunately, the photos on Booking were misleading. The room was much older than shown, with holes in the walls and noticeable mold stains throughout, which was very disappointing. I had booked two non-refundable nights but could only stay one night because I did not feel comfortable or safe.
