An amazing place, peaceful and tranquil.
Fantastic breakfast, fresh fruit salad and orange juice with lovely bread, hams and cheeses. Great hosts and beautifully decorated interior. Great location for getting in to Brugge for sightseeing.

This is a Bed and Breakfast 1 train stop from Bruges. The host was wonderful and gave us use of the main living area. Our room was great - a giant room on the top floor with TV, Shower/Bathroom, etc. Two minor drawbacks that any person should be aware of:
1) The town of Oostkamp is about 1 KM walk. So, if you are coming in via train, consider this if you plan on dinner there. The town has very few restaurant options some days. That said, there are bikes you can rent very close to the train station and the train station is maybe 200 meters from the house.
2) We were on the top floor of a small winding staircase. Our host helped us carry luggage up, but if you have mobility issues, I would not rent here. There is only so much the B&B host can do.
I strongly recommend as an affordable option to staying in Bruges and if you want the quite of a small town.
