The unit is new, clean and comfortable. We came here in May and climbed the nearby mt Elma and attempted mt Albert Edward. We could have camped but it is really nice to have soothing hot water shower in this unit.
The reason I do not give a 5 start are due to two reasons:
1. The listing says there is washer dryer but it needs coins, but it is far from anywhere for us to get coins. It would be helpful to remind us to bring coins.
2. The maps shows two restaurants nearby but when we drove there they were not open. There are no grocery stores either. So it would be nice if we were reminded to bring grocery. The apartment does have a nice kitchen.

We loved staying here and had a great time. The condo was well equipped with all the necessities and had a cozy feel. My only critique is the mattress on the pull out couch was a bit thin/springy, but we still slept ok. We would definitely come back again!

Pull out couch was very uncomfortable. Looks right into main lot so both bedrooms need to have blind shut. Thought it was a bit over priced for what it was
