This brand-new four-bedroom home offers approximately 3,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space with a crisp, fresh aesthetic that blends modern finishes with classic Nantucket character. Hardwood floors run throughout, and the bright, open layout is ideal for both summer and off-season stays, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. First Floor Description
At the heart of the home is a bright, open kitchen anchored by a large island with seating for five, fully equipped for family meals and entertaining. The adjacent living room is spacious and inviting, featuring a gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV. A side entrance opens directly to the bluestone patio with grill and outdoor dining area, creating an easy flow for indoor-outdoor living. The first floor also includes a sunny dining room with seating for eight, a mudroom with laundry, and a convenient first-floor bathroom.
Second Floor Description
The second level is home to the primary suite, featuring a king bed and a private bathroom with a luxurious shower and double vanities. Two additional guest bedrooms are also located on this level, one with a queen bed and another with two twin beds, each with a trundle. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub and shower.

Sparkling brand new property. Has everything you need. Host was extremely responsive. Beautifully furnished. Clubhouse right across the street with a small workout room, a pool and grilling area. Yard is small. would love to stay again.
