Welcome to Tokatee 1, a custom-built Sunriver retreat designed for families and groups. This spacious home offers comfort and convenience, sleeping up to eight guests, and provides access to Sunriver's premier amenities.

We stayed for 5 nights at Tokatee 1 in the Sunriver Resort. We had plenty of room for the 3 of us, so we each had our own bedroom.The family bike trail was right behind the house, so it was very easy to bike around. We brought our own, but the house had their 4 or 5.Plenty of room in the LR and kitchen. It was too perfect outside, so we didn't spend much time playing games or watching TV. Kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals, which saved a lot of money. Restaurant and grocery prices are high in Sunriver and Bend. Plan to spen 2X's as much when shopping at the Sunriver Country Store.Best time was spent at the SHARC in the pools. The house has several passes to use.Overall, a wonderful, but short vacation.The only "complaint" is that the hot tub is old and needs un upgrade. The jets only ran on low, so the experience wasn't as satisfying as it could have been.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tokatee 1. I had a group of 4 skiing Mt Bachelor and it was a great spot. Gas furnace was nice, hot tub was great, overall a pleasant time.
