The entrance to the property was near the end of a tight alley so everyone’s garbage piled up each day and was picked up late each night. The staircase was narrow and very steep to accommodate the tight space but the photos of the apartment are accurate and it was tidy. Unfortunately the plumbing has been leaking for some time and there is a distinct mold smell that necessitates open doors despite the availability of air conditioning units. In addition, there was a noticeable sewage smell in the hallway that I reported upon arrival which seemed to have been dismissed or misunderstood and therefore remained unaddressed. What seemed at booking to be a reasonable cost for a convenient location put unnecessary stress on us as we were reluctant to spend anytime there. I would not recommend staying here
