Charming detached one bedroom guest house in the coveted Rancho neighborhood. House is recently painted and lush landscaping, saltwater pool and spa. Gardener, pool, bills all included.
Enter to the living room, a large Moroccan sofa to your left, a round dining table to your right. Giant window looking out to the salt water pool and spa. Catch a glimpse of a horse and buggy going up the lane to their stables nearby in this unique equestrian neighborhood. Small kitchen with gas stove and full sized fridge is to the right. A small corridor on the left leads to the bathroom with a built in shower. The bedroom is down a few steps with a double bed and has a door to a small patio off the kitchen and high windows. The large patio at the front looks out at the beautifully landscaped yard.
