Our group of five celebrated mom's 80th birthday with a Kentucky Derby weekend and made this beautiful property our base camp. About a 30 min drive from Churchill Downs, the farm was a perfect place to relax and recharge. The farmhouse was more spacious than expected and very clean. The rooms were beautifully appointed, and the kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped with more than a few thoughtful touches. Full of beauty and warmth inside and out. From coffee in the sunroom to bourbon by the firepit, we felt right at home on this farm. Thanks to our amazing host for making our stay one to remember!

Beautiful, private home with great indoor and outdoor spaces. We enjoyed the fire pit area, watching the Guinea hens, and the sunroom. The hosts included many comfort items and made us feel very welcome! Highly recommend if you want a place to unwind, long walks down the driveway, and to be within a historical home.
