* Second Floor (Main Living Space): Features a spacious living area, large fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a convenient half-bathroom, and 2 large bedrooms (each with a King bed and private en-suite bathroom).
* Third Floor (Private Suite): Features 1 additional large bedroom (equipped with 2 Queen beds) and a private en-suite bathroom.

House was clean, prepped, and ready for my family of 12. Our hosts were exceptional people, above and beyond their duties as Host! My grandchildren were in awe when they saw the selection of games! There were 2 golf carts plus we rented a third. The pool and Beach were as the kids would say “The best cart rides ever!” Semper Fi Surfside was like a glove we just slid in, perfect fit! Looking forward to making plans for 2027!! As a Grandparent the safety of your loved ones is important and this community provides that
