Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (espresso machine, 3-burner induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer), shower room with WC, first living room (smart TV), living/dining room. Upstairs (steep stairs): bedroom (160x200 cm bed) and small sleeping alcove (80x200 cm bed) separated by a curtain. Wi-Fi. Enclosed 50 m² garden, part of which is private. Parking opposite the cottage and two free public car parks 100 m away. Small year-round rental on the property (discretion assured). Non-smoking cottage. Shared covered bicycle shelter (lockable). In this area, where the first fishermen's huts were built at the end of the 19th century, you will be surprised to discover a unique atmosphere where the multitude of these small houses offer a setting in perfect harmony with the landscape marked by the poplars that line the Royal River.
