About this house rental
Escape to Amarco Iluka and settle into easy riverside living in one of Iluka’s sought-after waterfront spots. This beautifully presented two-storey holiday home is all about comfort, space and those unforgettable Clarence River sunsets. With sweeping water views from both verandahs, it’s the kind of place where mornings start slow with a coffee in hand and evenings end watching the sky light up over the river.
Inside, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Two generous living areas with TV/DVD setups mean the kids can enjoy their space while the adults relax upstairs — or everyone can come together for a cosy movie night after a day at the beach. The atmosphere is calm, airy and designed for easy holiday living.
The modern kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, from granite benchtops and European stainless steel appliances to a fully stocked selection of cookware, crockery and glassware. And of course, there’s a Nespresso pod machine ready to kickstart your mornings before heading out to explore.
Ducted air-conditioning and ceiling fans keep things comfortable year-round, while the fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer makes longer stays a breeze.
Step outside and you’ll find plenty of spots to soak up the river views — a private rear courtyard, a ground-floor patio and an upstairs verandah complete with outdoor furniture. Fire up the BBQ with roasting hood and enjoy relaxed alfresco dinners as the sun sets over the water.
Amarco is all about slowing down and soaking up the serenity Iluka is known for. Whether you’re planning a family holiday, a couples’ getaway or even a work-from-holiday escape, this riverside retreat offers the perfect mix of space, comfort and laid-back coastal charm.
