The main level features a chef’s kitchen, cozy living room, formal dining room, and a speakeasy inspired sitting room perfect for quieter conversations and cocktails.
Downstairs is where everyone naturally gathers with a full entertainment lounge featuring:

• Sauna
• Dining table
• Massive 100 inch screen for movie nights and game days
• Huge sectional seating area
• Full entertaining kitchen and bar with full fridge, built in ice maker, wine fridge, sink, and serving space
The home offers three separate kitchen and serving areas, making it ideal for large groups and entertaining:
• Main chef’s kitchen
• Upstairs kitchenette and bar area within the private suite
• Lower level entertaining kitchen and bar
The upstairs level adds even more flexibility with an additional private suite featuring its own living area, kitchenette, bar area, bed, and private bath, plus additional bedrooms and bathrooms that make the layout ideal for families and groups wanting both connection and privacy.
Outside, enjoy two completely different outdoor experiences:
• A peaceful upper patio with firepit, sectional seating, Traeger grill, hot tub, and private atmosphere
• A lower level resort style pool and entertainment space with loungers, outdoor dining, and a Blackstone grill designed for fun and gathering
Events and gatherings may be considered with prior approval. This includes intimate weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthday celebrations, and holiday gatherings. Additional event fees apply. Please message before booking with event details for approval.
We are continually updating and improving the home to create the best possible guest experience, so some decor and furnishings may occasionally vary slightly from photos. Bedroom closets are not accessible during stays, however clothing racks are provided in each bedroom for guest convenience.
