Moorebank Plaza and Woolworths are a 14–15 min walk, with cafes, a bakery, and a pub also nearby.

Holsworthy Train Station is a 25-min walk or 5-min drive, giving easy access into Liverpool and Sydney CBD for day trips or NYE fireworks in the city.

Free Wi-Fi throughout the house.



You’re welcome to use our gym facilities in the gym room.

Regarding parking — you can park on the driveway or by the roadside.

There’s a small pond in the backyard with over a dozen large koi fish. They’re friendly and may follow people expecting food — please don’t feed them, as the host feeds them regularly and overfeeding can make them ill. Please also supervise children near the pond, as there is a glass gate that can be opened.

We provide basic oil, pepper and salt in the kitchen.



Guest Access:

Please treat the place as your home during your stay.



You’re welcome to use the kitchen to make your own breakfast, the fridge to cool your drinks, and the washing machine if you’ve run out of clean clothes.



Parties and events are not allowed. Please keep music at a reasonable level, with no noise after 10pm.



Please clean your dishes and the oven after use — extra cleaning charges apply from $50 if the oven or other appliances are found uncleaned after use.



Please ensure all lights and appliances are switched off when leaving.



Our team is available for requests from 10am to 6pm, or 24 hours in an emergency. Feel free to contact us anytime — we’ll do our best to help you have a great stay.

To keep this home comfortable for everyone (including our neighbours!), we ask guests to keep noise low after 10pm, skip smoking and parties/events, and take care of keys and appliances during your stay.



• No smoking: Any evidence of smoking incurs a $500 AUD penalty.

• Pets: On request only — please contact us before booking, or a penalty will apply.

• Parties: Please keep noise to a minimum, as we have close neighbours. Loud noise or parties will result in immediate eviction and loss of security deposit.

• Check-in: Self-check-in. Detailed instructions sent one day before arrival.

• Loss of keys: $300 per set for lost keys/access devices. $100 call-out fee if you’re locked out (or you can call a local locksmith).

• Damage deposit: Used to cover any damage or loss caused by the guest during the stay.



Interaction with Guests:

We will send you a detailed house guide and check-in instructions one day before your check-in date, with all the check-in details provided by 3 pm on your arrival day.
