The studio is well-equipped with a nice kitchenette featuring a two-burner stove top, microwave, dishwasher, and sink - just enough for any quick meal or snack on the go. Enjoy a TV and free wifi, forest views and access to a wide array of community amenities, including a heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, saunas, a fitness room, bike storage, and a ski valet in the lobby, This prime location will put you at the very gateway to Whistler Village, which is a haven for any outdoor enthusiast. An array of activities and attractions are at your fingertips, including distinctive shops, popular restaurants, the Whistler Museum, car rentals, and convenience stores. During the winter season, the ski lifts are within a half-mile walk or short bus trip via the complimentary village shuttle which stops directly outside the lodge. Experience Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains from another point of view thanks to the Peak 2 Peak Gondola, which is three and a half miles away. Skiers and snowboarders will have the time of their lives, as Whistler offers more than 8,100 acres of snow-covered terrain!

The pool and hot tubs are outdoor facilities at the Cascade Lodge. For the safety of our guests, heavy snow, cold temperatures, and/or icy conditions will determine if the pool and hot tubs are available.
Please be advised that renovation work will be taking place in a number of units within Cascade Lodge from September 6th to November 27th, 2026.
During this time, guests may experience increased noise levels. There will be no impact to access and availability of our common areas.
(Work will be limited to the hours of 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, no construction on weekends or public holidays.)
IMPORTANT: Property Service Change - TELUS installation: October 13 through October 20.
Unit Access: The TELUS contractors will require access to each unit for approximately 15–30 minutes to complete the installation; they will be accompanied by a Whistler Premier maintenance tech. Service Disruption: Please note that there will be some disruption to services within the units as TELUS completes the Wi-Fi and cable installation.

We are participating in RBC Grand fondo event and this is the place we chose for being the best location for exploring the whole town. They have an underground parking also has a bike storage that is secured. Checking in is so straightforward. I tried checking in around noon early than scheduled but the receptionist welcomed us warmly and checked if the room is already available. Unfortunately it is in the process of preparing it, she offered us to park at their garage gave us directions and waited for their email or text if the room will be ready. Got the notice of the room two hours early than regular.
At their garage they have a parking ticket machine as well as sign that you can pay through an app. I paid my parking through the phone app for the duration of my stay.
However, I got some typo error made while paying the parking from my phone. This is the reason the next day I was issued a parking ticket. i ask some assistance with the hotel receptionist they immediately gave me an immediate help regarding this issue. Kudos to Reena Q. The hotel staff that took care of the matter.
The room is very clean and bed is comfortable the small kitchen has all the things you’ll need during your stay. I’ll be recommending this place to my friends and colleagues if they want to visit Whistler.
