Welcome to Villa Le Ryad by Bastetproperty, a brand-new riad-style retreat, tailor-made for a peaceful holiday with family or friends. This charming Moroccan-Mediterranean-style property offers a comfortable indoor-outdoor living space, seamlessly blending modern and minimalist sophistication.

Km 4 on the Ourika road, ideally situated near the centre of Marrakech
The living area is very comfortable, featuring a Moroccan-style lounge, a modern TV corner, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, hob, fridge and washing machine.
The property is fitted with modern amenities, including air conditioning.

- DELIVERIES - We are unable to accept parcels at the accommodation. Please plan accordingly and arrange for parcels to be held at your local post office or a nearby branch.
- EVENTS - APPROVAL REQUIRED BEFORE BOOKING. Small events that fall within our authorisation requirements will be considered. Written approval and an additional event fee are required.
- PHOTOS/VIDEOS AND COMMERCIAL USE - APPROVAL REQUIRED BEFORE BOOKING. Guests are welcome and encouraged to take photos for personal use (and please feel free to tag us @ bastetproperty). Drones are not permitted due to county restrictions. Whilst we welcome professional media projects, all commercial, professional, promotional or revenue-generating photography and videography is subject to a production fee. Furthermore, any filming on the property is only permitted after receiving official approval from Marrakech County. For such activities, we require advance payment as well as a signed production agreement, production insurance and a location release. IF YOU ARE IN DOUBT AS TO WHETHER YOUR PHOTO SHOOT IS COMMERCIAL, PLEASE ENQUIRE FIRST. Any guests undertaking a commercial photo shoot will have their booking cancelled. Any commercial photography discovered during or after a stay will be liable for production fees.
