“Seven Seas” is a beautiful, custom built oceanfront home with spectacular ocean views! Located on a private lane off of Ocean Boulevard in Southern Shores. The large, open great room will provide a fantastic place for your family to gather after a long day at the beach. The beach is just steps away from your very own private boardwalk and dune deck. Or, splash the day away in the beautiful private pool. “Seven Seas” will provide wonderful lasting memories of your family beach vacation!

Dry entry; den/recreation room with ping-pong table, TV, refrigerator; elevator access to all levels of the home; pool area access with shaded eating area; outdoor shower with toilet.
Level 2:
3 bedrooms (1 with Queen, CATV, private bath with tiled stand up shower with direct access to the private boardwalk to the beach; 1 with Queen, private bath with Jacuzzi tub only with deck access; 1 with Twins with deck access); room with Queen and deck access; hall bath with (tub and shower); laundry room; den/sitting area with deck access; mud room with deck access.
Level 3:
Great room with beautiful custom woodwork with CATV and DVD player; gorgeous ocean views and access to oceanfront decks; bright and comfortable Florida room; large kitchen with eat in breakfast table, countertop gas range, double oven, double drawer dishwasher, Keurig and craft coffee makers; dining area seating 10 - 12; bedroom (with King, private deck access with CATV and DVD player, private bath with tub and shower) powder room.
Seven Seas is located in the town of Southern Shores, centrally located on the Outer Banks. A short ride to the Town of Duck will have you walking along the Soundside boardwalk where you can enjoy the breathtaking sunset views, the many local shops and outstanding restaurants.
