Somerley is located within a quiet residential area and we kindly ask all guests to respect our neighbours at all times. This home is not suitable for hen parties, stag parties or noisy gatherings. Strictly no parties or events are permitted.

Please note that pets are not allowed at the property under any circumstances.

Somerley is a luxury home finished to a very high standard and must be treated with care and respect throughout your stay. We ask guests to be mindful of furnishings, fixtures and finishes so the property can be enjoyed by all.

EV charging is available at £28 per day, which includes up to 75 kWh of charging. Any usage above the 75 kWh allowance will be charged at 37p per kWh. Usage is monitored remotely through the EV charging system.

Strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere inside the house at any time.
