Enjoy the quiet comfort of a smaller condo complex with beautiful shady verandas, grilling area with 3 grills and picnic area. Easy beach access with Cotton Bayou Beach Park located directly across the street with pedestrian safe crosswalk. Two piers to access the beach with a bath house, outside showers, umbrella and beach chair rental and life guards on duty during the busy summer months. Enjoy the state park bike and walking trail that starts directly behind the complex. Ride your bike through Gulf State Park. Cotton Bayou Public Boat ramp is directly behind our complex to launch your boat or have a rental boat delivered for your days in the sun. Inside, guests will find a king bed in a spacious master bedroom and a queen bed in 2nd bedroom. Living room with a sofa bed for extra comfort. Two bathrooms offer refreshing showers and convenient hair dryers. The space stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC. Whether you’re relaxing after a day of exploring or getting ready for a night out, this enjoyable condo provides everything you need. It’s a phenomenal spot to unwind and make lasting memories. Our place will help you feel at home in Orange Beach.

The property was not ready at check in time with no warning from the host. We had to find somewhere to go for over an hour until the place was cleaned. The TVs in the bedrooms do not work. Be ready to rent beach chairs and bring your own beach towels. Nothing is provided. The spare bathroom shower is very tiny and difficult to use. The mattresses are dated. The host did respond to our messages. Only things explicitly listed in the description are provided. Nothing more. Washer and dryer are in unit, but no detergent is provided. We had to contact the host for toilet paper as only the roll in each bathroom was there with no extras. You have to walk across a very busy highway to get to the beach. There is a crosswalk not far from the complex. Do not rent chairs or umbrellas in advance as you can’t get your money back if the weather doesn’t cooperate or the beach closes. You can rent the day of.
