The condo is set on the second floor with a key pad for easy coming and going.

As you walk in, the galley kitchen with granite counter tops has anything you would need for a simple meal with all the fixings for coffee. Continuing in is an open living room with extra blankets to cozy up and watch your favorite TV apps. The alcove, separated with curtains, has a queen bed and a roomy desk. The bathroom and walk in closet are off the living room and have space to store your suitcases and hang clothes. All in all, an excellent condo close to everything.

We will give you all of the entry codes a few days beforehand.

The complex is set in a neighborhood with a variety of housing and close to a plethora of eateries. The condo is set between other condos, so we would ask for noise levels to be polite for neighbors. It is a quiet complex.

A car makes things easier and Austin is easy to maneuver. However, Uber and LYFT are available and very affordable.

What is the parking situation?
The main street level is covered parking. Guests have one designated spot. There is also on-street parking for a fee.

How do I check in?
A day or two before your arrival, we send the details for your check in: address, door code, wifi info. You will be able to come and go using a code. Your personal code is activated at 3 pm, so if you request an early check in the code may not work. Just remind us!

Can I extend a stay?
To extend a stay, you can request through the app or message us. We will check the calendar then send confirmation with the new payout.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?
We have a moderate cancellation policy. It may vary a bit between platforms, but usually 5 days prior to arrival guests may receive a full refund. If a guests wants to make changes within the five days arrival or after arrival, we cannot provide a refund.

Are pets allowed?
Because of allergies, we are not able to host pets.

Are there extra pillows?
We provided two pillows per person. For instance, a queen bed will have four sleeping pillows. We leave plenty of extra blankets as well.


Are extra guests allowed?
If you have a few (2-3) friends pop over, this is not an issues. If you have extra guests sleeping over or more than five guests for an event, please ask and we can asses:)

Is smoking allowed outside?
Yes, you are welcome to smoke outside the space. Please pick up cigarette butts. Smoking inside the home would result in a 250.00 fee for cleaning and possible blocking nights for other guests.

Could we leave our luggage?
We are able to store luggage in the space for two hours before or after check in. Let us know so our cleaners are not surprised. There is also a service (usebounce) that is an option for storing bags.

Could I have an early check-in or late checkout?
We use the DACK app (info given upon confirmation) where guests can purchase extra time before check-in or after check-out. This allows our cleaners to manage their time and have houses ready in a timely manner.

What is a MUST do in Austin?
We love Barton Springs (especially in warmer months). South Congress has so much in a close proximity. Park close to Jo’s Coffee and stroll from there (shopping, cafes, music!). Vera Cruz tacos are really the best Austin has! Our Capital is gorgeous and very worth a drive by!
Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE:). Quiet hours are after 10pm, but we also ask that you are aware of the other tenants in the complex.

If any smoke smell has been detected or a pet is brought to the condo, a $250 fine will be issued.
