Azure was a very nice place; we actually loved the building and set up. However, the unit we rented was listed as a floor unit. I even asked the question if you could walk out to the pool and the answer was no; you still would need to take the elevator. When we arrive, we are in a 5th floor unit :-( strike one. we paid for a extra night arriving at midnight just so we could get up drink coffee and hit the beach (btw they would not reduce the price for late check in). When we arrive the kid's feet after walking on the floor looked like "Walmart feet", the next morning the coffee pot does not work, the ice machine in freezer does not work at all. One TV in the bedroom does not work. We paid for 9 people and there were maybe 5 coffee cups. First morning was total disaster! I did make a phone call (not nice one i might add) and emailed. They brought us a coffee maker, ice machine and TV, so that worked out fine. Advertising as a floor gulf front condo was totally false! we had a side view from the 5th floor! Again, the Azure condo's is a great place just watch out for this particular unit! I totally understand things tearing up during your stay, totally happens. but the floors gave you black dirty feet after you've paid big for cleaning fees, you go there expecting the place to provide enough for the persons you pay for, expect a floor gulf front unit - unacceptable!
