Vacation in style at this gorgeous beachfront getaway! Rest up in the inviting living area after spending the day using the resort's shared amenities such as indoor and outdoor pools, sports courts (tennis and basketball), or a well-equipped fitness room. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen will make cooking a breeze and the private balcony with Gulf views an outdoor dining area will allow you to enjoy your meals with a view.
The golfers in the club will be thrilled! The Craft Farms and Peninsula golf courses are nine and 14 miles away respectively. For some family-friendly fun, Highway 59 is only seven miles away and it features Waterville USA, Tiki's Mini-Golf, Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. The Gulf State Park offers visitors two miles of powdery sands and the largest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico! There you can also find freshwater lakes where you can take a boat ride or glide along in a kayak, cycle and hike through scenic and memorable backcountry trails, and even enjoy an on-site restaurant.

The Palms condominium will be under construction from October 2025 through February 2026. Construction workers and equipment will be on site during this time period. Walkways and access, as well as parking, may be blocked and rerouted as needed. Construction noise will be audible during daytime working hours. Dust will also be airborne during work involving grinding and drilling.

The beach view was beautiful, and the condo is in a great location with very easy beach access.A few things to be aware of: the room was not ready when we received the text saying it was available for check-in, and it was still not ready at the advertised 4:00 PM check-in time because the cleaning crew was finishing up. There was also some sand left on the floor when we arrived.Parking can be a challenge if you’re traveling with multiple vehicles. Only two parking passes are provided for the condo, so any additional vehicles will need to find and pay for parking elsewhere. This appears to be a common issue in Orange Beach rather than something specific to this property.We also had trouble with the beach gate access codes, as the codes provided to us did not match the actual gate codes. Fortunately, another guest helped us with the correct information.One thing that may be important for families or longer stays: the master bedroom TV is the only TV with a full selection of streaming apps. The other TVs were limited to Netflix and Samsung TV Plus. We brought a Fire Stick to use on one of the other TVs, but we were unable to get the Wi-Fi to connect to it.Overall, we had a good trip, enjoyed the location, and loved being so close to the beach.

This condo had everything we needed and more. The view was great. Would love to stay here again. The only suggestion I have is to maybe stock more kitchen towels (there’s was only one) and clean around the air vents.
