Workers and equipment will be present during standard hours, and construction noise will be audible. Construction dust will be airborne and may be blown out of the work area by the sea breeze. Parking and walkways may be blocked and rerouted as needed. Amenity access may be limited or unavailable as needed. Condo was clean and was able to check in early. Really nice place.

Didn’t use the pool so ignore the rating. The TV’s are not smart so couldn’t cast. One shower was out of service and that toilet didn’t flush unless you hold the handle. Two coffee pots and also had a reusable filter which was great cause I forgot them. No icemaker or trays was inconvenient.But, overall a very pleasant stay!
