Only issue was getting dock code timely and correctly. One suggestion: patio needs a good cleaning after guests check out. Lots of grass, dirt and spider webs etc. that could easily be blown off during cleaning process.

Great space, location and ease of stay. The Condo was mostly clean with a few details missed. Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay. You’re close to the beach, and just a short walk away from beautiful beaches or a short drive away from attractions in Pensacola and Destin.

The tv never came on in the bedroom, the kitchen light didn’t work. The furniture was old and rather dirty making it not inviting to sit and get comfortable. There was sticky residue on the back patio. The window was filthy and made it unpleasant to open the blinds to enjoy the view. Sleeps 4? No sleeps 2 that sofa bed should not count as a bed for a person paying that price! EVER. Overall cute location, but the apt itself needed some serious work. It also smelled bad. Not a comfortable place to stay for 1,500 for 4 nights. Ridiculous
