The location and view were prefect. Having a smaller complex was nice as far as the crowd, elevators, etc. Very glad for indoor pool and hot tub. Loved that each bedroom had a bathroom.
One of bedrooms was different type bed than in the picture but worked out for our group.

We arrived at our 4:00 check in to a dirty condo. There were no spare linens for us to even just change sheets ourselves. I was not really a fan of communication through VACASA. I did not receive a reply when I used the messaging system on VRBO, so I had to text them directly. We did not get any updates on timing of how long it would take to clean etc. I was told I would get an update on when cleaners were arriving and we did not. We just happened to see the cleaner when we went to the room. There was no follow up to make sure it was taken care of or up to standards. I will try to avoid booking through VACASA in the future. It is very automated and is the opposite of what you want from a VRBO experience. Once clean the only issue we had was one of the stove eyes didn't work. Could definitely use some updating but overall we were comfortable.

The condo itself was decent for the price point. Honestly, not super child friendly, lots of decor and glass items situated in ways that didn’t really make for comfortable times spent in the unit. Poorly functioning stove and oven. Burnt cinnamon rolls and biscuits because the oven heats so improperly. The stove would heat half way and just made cooking a nightmare. We ended up eating out more than anticipated due to it. Dishwasher also had issues closing to wash. Shower heads held NO water pressure and door to balcony did not lock. When staying with children this would not feel safe. On a positive note. Beds were comfortable and having a tub in each bathroom was very nice!
