LSA Avenida by Numa

Stayed here for a week while visiting Lisbon. Was a little unsure about the digital check in but it was perfect, no issues. Staff communication via the app was good. Cleaning staff came every day and changed bedding, took away the garbage, put fresh towels every day. Property was in a GREAT location A little disappointed that I didn’t have a balcony to sit out on, balcony was very narrow and too small for a chair. I found it a little expensive but due to location it’s probably on par with other similar rentals. Would say overall good rental and would stay here again.

Very clean unit, and with all things you need for a good stay. Bed is very comfortable and clean, bath room very clean, and host has very good communication. I recommend and will stay again.

We had a great stay and would definitely choose this apartment again. The location is excellent. Close to many shops, restaurants, an artisanal market, and even an Aldi grocery store. It was also very easy to access with Uber and Bolt since the street is wide enough for convenient pickup and drop-off. The apartment is situated near many attractions and amenities, giving it a great atmosphere while still feeling secure and comfortable. Our room was super clean when we arrived and our stay was very quiet, and we experienced no noise issues at all. It’s not directly in the middle of all the main tourist attractions, but close enough to reach everything easily. The apartment offered very good value and would work well for families or couples. Having a washing machine and dishwasher in the apartment was a big plus during our stay. The only upgrade I would recommend would be a better hair dryer. The current one requires you to constantly hold down the button to keep it running, which is not ideal for styling hair. Communication with the management team was also very good - friendly, responsive, and with clear instructions throughout our stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to others visiting the city.

It’s nice , the only thing I don’t like they only provide tap water also second day they did not give me tea and coffee
