Camera adeguata alle aspettative, siamo stati solo di passaggio per una notte, ma la stanza era confortevole e molto spaziosa.
La vista sull'oceano molto bella e la posizione piuttosto tranquilla
La disponibilità della cucina condivisa è decisamente un plus e Michael è stato chiarissimo nelle indicazioni che ci ha dato per raggiungere ed accedere alla struttura.
Gli unici due appunti vogliono essere suggerimenti per migliorare il soggiorno:
- lo scarico della doccia non funziona benissimo e tende a riempirsi d'acqua molto in fretta
- il letto matrimoniale presente risulta un po' al limite per 2 persone, un letto più grande potrebbe essere molto più confortevole

This was one of my Top 3 accommodations ever. You get a spacious room with private bathroom and balcony facing the sea view, but also you get the fully equipped kitchen and even washing machine downstairs at the common area. Also good parking spot. Easy to get to Seixal, Sao Vicente and other famous locations in the area.
The host was contacted via WhatsApp which seems very common in Madeira, they gave all the information needed and the were also flexible with checkout time, as much as it was possible.

Un très bel appartement, en hauteur avec vue sur la mer. La cuisine commune est bien équipée. Nous avions accès à la terrasse de la maison, nous y avons passé toutes nos soirées.
Parfois il n'y avait plus d'eau chaude dans le chauffe-eau. Mais nous allions à la piscine en bas de la ville, cela a peu joué.

Bons échanges avec l'hôte : Informations claires concernant le logement, envoi et réponses rapides. Les lieux étaient propres, spacieux et agréables. Quartier calme. Petites attentions d'accueil appréciables.
