It was a bit unorganized when we first arrived. The lady finished cleaning and we ended up in a different unit. Check in was at 3 and we arrived at 5. We thought it was a bonus as this unit included a large jacuzzi tub. The view from our unit was gorgeous. We were right on the water. The breakfast included was excellent. Bacon, eggs, fruit, bread, coffee, cream, peppers.
Everything was perfect except for the water situation. Our first night we tried to use the jacuzzi but it didn't work. We let the owner know. He would come the next day. The next morning we each had quick showers. I didn't even get half way through and the water was cold. I waited 30 minutes for the water to heat up so I could finish. They definately need a new and bigger hot water tank. You would never get that big tub filled with hot water.

This place is enormous inside. MASSIVE - tons of room! It was nice to have a deck and see the water from the window. The bed was the comfiest I have ever stayed in. I want to know what kind of bed it is and BUY IT. Really short drive to the BIG LOBSTER and Lennys for Lobster rolls!
The location is a little weird - right off the highway, right before a bridge -it gives the impression it is on a beach, kind of? It is still nice to be waterside, but I would not say you can get in the water from here? Unless I missed something?

Felt like home. Didn't want to leave after 1 night. The kitchen was fully stocked. Able to cook your own breakfast - everything was provided. Bed was comfy.

C'est la 1ere fois que je fais des commentaires négatifs mais je crois qu'Alfonso devrait en tenir compte car il y a plusieurs choses qui clochent depuis longtemps, selon les commentaires ...
La propreté est tout simplement absente!
Cet endroit est très beau mais ça manque d'amour.
Tout est malpropre sauf les draps (par chance)
Il y a des traces sales partout, les armoires et les électros, toutes les vitres sont sales!
Un balai s'impose aussi sur la petite galerie.
Les araignées sont hyper présentes!
Des restes des autres dans le frigo..
Du bacon ouvert...
Des tas de bananes et des pains commencés dans le congélo...
Plus de place pour nos trucs...
Manque de commodités!
Un bbq sans ustensiles (par chance, le lendemain, Alfonso nous en a apporté).
Le rack à ustensiles, c'est du carton replié!
3 tasses dont une cassée et recolée!
On a manqué de café!
Bris de toilette, il est venu la réparer le lendemain matin.
Il y a une lumière d'allumée vis à vis de la chambre, il fait clair comme en plein jour, très désagréable.
Un trailer cache la vue dans la cour!
On manque d'eau chaude après 1 courte douche.
Il y a un jacuzzi dans la chambre. On doit le remplir en 2 fois car le chauffe eau ne fournit pas, pour se rendre compte qu'il ne fonctionne même pas.
Alfonso m'a dit qu'il était supposé fonctionner mais par la suite, j'ai vu un commentaire d'un client au début juillet qu'il était brisé donc, il ne le répare jamais!
Tout ça est dommage car l'appartement serait parfait!
