Luxury stay at Numa Atocha

Great location with plenty of grocery and dining options, and multiple train and bus stops in the area. Close to Retiro. Staff were responsive, and weekly cleaning was immaculate. The space is beautiful. It reminded me of my apartment in NY.

Very good value for money close to Atocha – clean, well-decorated and well-furnished!

The room was very clean, nicely decorated and well furnished (it even had a washing machine!). I had a room at the back of the building and it was extremely quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep. Checking in / out of the room was very easy with the code, and the left luggage boxes at the entrance were very convenient! The room was equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, tea/coffee/water... A few minutes' walk to Atocha, with a Carrefour Express just around the corner. All in all, it was great value for money and I would certainly stay here again!

Only one tiny thing – the tapwater is filtered and completely demineralised, and therefore undrinkable (tastes like bleach!). I found this strange as the normal tapwater quality in Madrid is excellent.

I was really glad when I saw the washing machine and dishwasher

Everything was perfect, I really liked the stay in this cozy hotel.

I liked the location and the cleanliness of the the place along with easy access to train station and restaurants

My check in was delayed for over an hour! We were cold at night and asked for another blanket and warmer water for the shower but we never got it! We spoke with the virtual assistant couple times but we got nowhere! We left really disappointed ☹️
