Great location. Clean, inside and out. The condo faces the Gulf and the balcony has good space to sit and watch the sun and water. The condo is spacious. Will definitely add to my favorites list and look at renting again.
Wish I had been told that parking cost extra, it was a surprise to get a notice one morning on my car. I had to pay to park, but did not know about this extra fee, did not find any information in any of the messages.

The condo was beautiful, clean and very well stocked in kitchen. Loved having 3 bedrooms, 2 of which had king size beds and 2 full size in 3rd room. Our view was amazing. Pool was nice and the beach was just steps away. The A/C worked GREAT.
Having to pay separate for parking as we had 2 vehicles & it was $50 ea. The freezer needs to be serviced as it was frozen shut and we had a hard time getting it to open.
