The price was OK.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin. I arrived in Pattaya at 10 PM, and it took both me and the driver nearly 30 minutes to locate the property—even while using both Booking.com and Google Maps. The location was extremely inaccurate. Thankfully, the driver was very patient and helpful, and didn’t leave me stranded—kudos to him. After asking multiple people on the street and checking nearby hotels, we finally found the place. However, the name displayed was completely different (“Ezzi Hotel”). That’s when we were informed the property was undergoing rebranding and it was only their third day of operation. I handed over my passport at around 11 PM. Despite the official check-in time being earlier, I was told the room was still not ready due to issues with the key cards. I was asked to wait—or even go out and eat and come back. Most places nearby were already closed. After returning over an hour later, I was told again that the room was still not ready, as the “hotel manager” was checking everything. I waited patiently until 1 AM, at which point I requested a refund as I was extremely exhausted and just needed to rest. I was then told to wait another 5 minutes. Eventually, I was given a key card and a physical key. By then, I was beyond tired. There was no signage directing guests to the lift—it was located far at the back of the building through dark corridors filled with empty chairs. The so-called “hotel manager” had to personally guide me because there was no clear direction at all. When I reached my floor, I asked a staff member (who was on her phone, not in uniform) where my room was—she had no idea. Completely unprofessional. Inside the room, the key card didn’t work—you had to use the physical key. The room itself was extremely hot, outdated, and honestly quite unsettling. I had to sleep with the lights on.
