The property when visited was new so no signs of wear and tear. It is big and spacious perfect for families. The layout has been well thought out with each room having its own little seating area to watch TV. We felt the bedrooms could benefit from bedside tables to put water, phone etc on through the night.
Surrounding area is mostly quiet with more locals. About a 10 min walk are a couple of shops, 1 fruit and veg store, 1 drinks cafe and a pharmacy.
The property is about a 10-12 min car journey from Hoi An old town. So ideal without being in the hustle and bustle.
The staff are very attentive and helpful.
Although the pool is private in the sense that it is for the sole use of the villa. It is not private as it can be seen from the street and passers by but more concerning it has CCTV cameras directly facing the pool. We didn’t use the pool for this reason as it made us feel uncomfortable.
We paid the odds for a villa with a private pool so this was disappointing as we could have gotten a much cheaper villa without a private pool.

This property was beautiful, spotlessly clean and the beds are the most comfortable and biggest beds we have slept in while in vietnam, the host was faultless and was very communicative for everything we needed including sourcing rental motorbikes at a very fair price, would stay here again and again and again everything was perfect
