Location, spacious
The apartment had no air conditioning, so it became like an oven during hot weather. It was also very noisy until late at night because all the activity was happening right outside.
There were no bed sheets provided for the sofa bed on arrival, which was especially inconvenient when you’re short on time. Communication with the staff was very slow. For example, the building entrance code was sent only at the last minute, and it was incorrect. I never received a response with a working code. We arrived at night, and fortunately a neighbor helped us get inside.
The listing also stated that kitchen cleaning supplies would be provided, but there wasn’t even a sponge. Although the bed sheets were delivered the next day, by then I had already had to buy cleaning products myself, which was an unnecessary extra expense.
