Bardzo ładne, czyste mieszkanie. Świetna lokalizacja.

Lokalizacja jest świetna jeśli chodzi bliskość do Rynku.
Największym rozczarowaniem był brak gwarantowanego miejsca parkingowego. W ofercie widnieje informacja o parkingu, jednak okazało się, że chodzi o dodatkowo płatny parking miejski. W centrum Wrocławia, gdzie o miejsca jest bardzo trudno, ma to duże znaczenie. Jeszcze większym problemem była awaria prądu. Przyczyną okazały się bezpieczniki, ale na informację, jak dostać się do klucza, czekaliśmy ponad 2 godziny. Po całym dniu zwiedzania wróciliśmy zmęczeni i ostatecznie my oraz dzieci położyliśmy się spać bez prądu i bez kolacji. Dodatkowo klatka schodowa i najbliższe otoczenie budynku nie sprawiały wrażenia szczególnie bezpiecznych, zwłaszcza po zmroku. Szkoda, bo sam apartament miał potencjał, jednak opisane problemy znacząco obniżyły komfort pobytu.
