Fantastic location but falsely advertised as a two bedroom apartment

The location is amazing, right off the main square. Both the decor and the furnishings are really nice and the place has a traditional feel to it.

The address listed on booking.com was incorrect for where we were staying which lead to a stressful check in. We also paid for a two bedroom apartment but what we actually got was a one bedroom apartment - putting an uncomfortable old bed in the living room does not count as another bedroom. As per previous sentence, the bed in the living room was not comfortable. The lighting in the apartment isn't great and makes for very difficult reading. The microwave is so old and sounds like a rocket ship out to explode.

Mehr Schein als Sein!

Die Lage!

Es wurde als Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern angeboten, was ein entscheidener Grund für unsere Auswahl war. Die angeblichen Zimmer waren auf einer Empore die zum drunterliegenden Raum keine Fenster (nur einfache Rollos) hatten, wodurch schalltechnisch beide“Räume“ nicht getrennt waren. Das angebotene Satelitten-TV konnte nicht empfangen werden, nur polnischsprachige Sender über dvb t antenne. Trotz Beschwerde erfolgte während unsres Aufenthalts keine Änderung. Auf der Innenseite des Kühlschranks fehlten alle Teile um dort etwas, z.B. Flaschen, abzulegen bzw. abzustellen. Spülmaschinentabs waren nicht vorhanden. Der Kauf einer Packung war uns für 4 Tage doch zu viel.

The address listed on booking.com was incorrect for where we were staying which lead to a stressful check in. We also paid for a two bedroom apartment but what we actually got was a one bedroom apartment - putting an uncomfortable old bed in the living room does not count as another bedroom. As per previous sentence, the bed in the living room was not comfortable. The lighting in the apartment isn't great and makes for very difficult reading. The microwave is so old and sounds like a rocket ship out to explode.
