Good

The apartment was clean and overall okay. However, when we arrived before 15:00, we were told that the apartment was actually 10 minutes away, which was quite confusing. Also, after exiting the elevator there are stairs going down, making access harder with children, a stroller, or for people with reduced mobility.

A really bad experience

The location was very good.

I regret booking this apartment. We stayed during a heat wave and the place turned into a furnace. We booked for three people and were only given one fan. When we asked for another one, our request was refused. The main problem I have is the attitude of the staff. They did not answer my written communication and did not return my calls despite having promised to do so. Despite the temperature of 40 degrees outside, I found the lack of empathy and basic humanity quite chilling.

Clean, spacious apartment right in the tourist area

Spacious, clean and very central. We could walk anywhere, and everywhere important to see. They allow dogs.

Parking was off site, a bit of a walk over a bridge, expensive but very secure. Wouldn’t have been a problem if we had arrived by plane.
