It’s cozy small accommodation
It’s like you need to drag the bags from main road to 15-20 steps down .. as if you coming from your own car or a taxi you need an access card to enter the main gate building area.

Excellent accommodation, clean and nice in an even better location. Don’t be put off by the fact that it’s on a very busy street, with closed windows, it’s very quiet inside.
The location is fantastic, not only because it’s very close to one of Yerevan’s main landmarks, but also because you have everything you need within easy reach, including shops, restaurants, and more.
Communication with the staff was also excellent. Overall, a great stay and I really can’t think of anything negative to say.

Очень приятная квартира. Все чистое, целое. В квартире приятно находится. Очень приятный и отзывчивый собственник. Очень четкая и быстрая коммуникация. Бесконтактный чекин и чекаут. Локация - просто космос. Очень хорошие шторы, чтобы было темно в спальне, чтобы не будил свет. Я очень доволен.
Внутри есть все что надо для жизни, запасное постельное, одеяла, подушки, два стола за которыми можно работать. Много пространства, света. Очень хорошие подсветки в спальне. Приятного размера телевизор.
Отельно приятные подоконники, на которых можно сидеть. Это вообще супер!
Не знаю куда написать, но хочу обратить внимание, что если выйти из подъезда и пойти налево, там есть удобный «тайный» проход сразу к каскаду. Очень удобно.
Из подъезда регулярно слышны различные звуки. Плюс, так же регулярно из подъезда пахнет не самыми приятными запахами. Плюс в туалете - иногда пахнет канализацией. Но это не сильно мешает, от обоих проблем помогает дверь в спальню.
Немного подтекает душ, но благо есть слив в полу(как раз из которого пахнет)
