• Pet must stay kenneled when the owner is not present
• No size restrictions
• Maximum of 2 pets
• No pets on beds or upholstered furniture
• The unit must be free of pet hair after your stay, or a professional cleaning fee will apply
• Any damage caused by pets, including but not limited to scratches, stains, odors, chewing, or excessive cleaning, will be the renter's responsibility and may be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately if the damages exceed the deposit
