This accommodation was perfectly located for a weekend break in Bath - just a short walk to the town centre. The property was very comfortable and reasonably clean, and the area was very quiet.
Although advertised as 'Step Free Access With Free Parking Area', it should be made very clear that the free parking was scarce and in high demand. It took us over half an hour to get a spot and we were very fortunate to get that, as most cars did not move the whole time we were there and we certainly didn't dare move from the spot! Any other parking in the area was very expensive!
The number initially given for the key safe was incorrect and, it was only when I looked through all messages from the owners that I found another (thankfully correct) number.
We contacted the number given for queries whilst at the property as the smoke alarm was beeping when we arrived (we managed to disassemble it by standing on a table and reaching up to it) - we are still waiting for a response.
Only one toilet roll, no bath mat, no tea towel. We thought there was only one plate and one set of cutlery until we looked in the dishwasher and found more plates and cutlery.
Although this is a lovely property, we felt that there was not much attention to detail - the extras that make a holiday!
I must say I probably would not recommend this property as it was reasonably expensive compared to other places we have stayed and the standards/facilities were nowhere near as good.

Great location
The block of apartments only have French doors no actual windows to open for fresh air so being on the ground floor means all that walk past look in or to the rear from bedroom , residents going to bin shed and communal garden/space can also do the same , you cannot leave open at night or if going out as it is very easy access for anyone to gain access this was our issue
Yes the property could have been cleaned better ie clean to edge of the kitchen floor not just a quick mop leaving a film of residue , clean the cooker and hob , descale kettle

Appartamento molto bello in una zona residenziale e con parcheggio e supermarket vicini.
Pur avendo una cucina dotata di lavastoviglie, alcune pentole e posate erano sporche.
In bagno non c'era acqua calda per la doccia ed abbiamo dovuto fare una doccia fredda.

Schlechte Ausstattung: kaum ausreichend WC Papier und keine Spülmöglichkeiten ohne Bürste, Handtuch und Spültabs.
Parken nur mit sehr viel Glück möglich.
Oberflächen der Möbel sahen aus, als ob sie seit Monaten nicht geputzt worden sind.
