Location was excellent for us. Very close to metro station Pacifica. 6 stops to Sol and you are in the centre of Madrid. In a quiet residential area. We felt safe all of the time. The apartment we had was spotlessly clean. Bathroom was a good size. Even though we had a room overlooking the street, with the windows closed you couldn't hear the traffic outside. Staff were extremely helpful all the time and spoke very good English. Washing and drying facilities on the premises (but take a little time to understand how they operate because instructions are all in Spanish).
Good little supermarket literally across the road.
We stayed for nine nights. Very good value for money.
