I rate it a three because of the smell it smell like old furniture and the dust and a matress cover

The location was great the view with the pier was nice as well..

The furniture needs to be updated it has hair on it and it could be a lil more cleaner it’s has a lot of dust in there it’s a nice place just think the maid needs to clean and dust more and update the furniture I also had a problem getting in the gate the next day I had to get a code from the uber driver to get in and out I somehow lost acces but the location was a great spot ..

Wasn't a happy camper

Close to beach

First arrived took 20 min to get in apt. On the phone with Avari. Did my walk through. Used razor left in shower, grease splatter on stove top in kitchen, glass door to balcony needs WD40. Its a fire hazard trying to open the glass door. My best friend has stage 4 cancer and she's cold alot. I asked for more blankets and they came night before our departure. My daughter tried yo sit on chair and it was rusted through in bottom so she slid off. It rained all the time while there. So stayed inside. Went to beach that morning on our way home.

The location was great the view with the pier was nice as well..
