The location is excellent. The U6 metro station is very close, and there is an Interspar supermarket directly across the street, which is very convenient.
Unfortunately, almost everything apart from the location was disappointing. The sofa is extremely uncomfortable and practically unusable. There is no coffee table or even a small side table, so there is nowhere to put a drink or anything else while sitting in the living area. The bathroom, especially the toilet, is in poor condition and definitely needs improvement. The shower also has a serious issue with hot water — we often had to leave the water running for around 10 minutes before it became hot, and even then it was not always reliable. The TV is far too small to comfortably watch from the bed or sofa. The bed itself is also very soft and uncomfortable. Overall, the apartment could be much more functional and comfortable with some basic improvements.
