The flat is very cosy, nicely decorated and very clean. The big terrace with lots of plants is definitely a big advantage. You can notice little details that make a difference like a box of coffee capsules for guests.

Great location and size property. Easy to access with a lift and air con. Really good communication from the owner. Keys let us in the second it turned 15:00 which we agreed (even though we arrived early but just did some shopping whilst waiting) and the shops are easy to get to. A great experience and if we go back to Rome, we would definately stay here again.
Neighbours are a little loud and building bumps but not a problem the owner can really fix and guess it is normal in Italy so wouldn't take it out on the property. Nothing really bad about it to be honest from an owner perspective.
