Rien

Rien.

I am very picky, this hotel is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been. It exceeded my expectations, staff were very nice, never loose the smile, the room is beautiful, clean, comfortable, quiet, the bed is very comfortable, the smart tv allow your to watch whatever you want to chill after a long day, the safe box even have a key that makes you feel it’s really safe, bathroom has amenities, there is a nice swimming pool, even the door in the elevator is spotless and reflect as the best mirror, they are very helpful, got me excursions, train tickets and taxi to train station, breakfast was included and it was very good, it’s has variety of food and also they offer some dishes they can cook at the moment for you, the views are incredible, the rooftop has an almost 360 degrees view that charge your energy in the morning where you can see all the green mountains around Vang Vieng, I attached photos of the view from the rooftop, the location couldn’t be better, right in the center of the town near everything. I am very grateful to them for this good experience and I had love to come back some day. I wish all hotels make me feel as this one, but not much places care that much about everything, not even more expensive places. I just have to tell them: good job, keep like this!

There is not a single thing I would say was not good, everything is perfect, over my expectations. If you can find something to complain about, it might be an exception, because they really show they care about everything.

We enjoyed our stay at Sky Hotel. It is in an excellent location in the heart of the town. The pool, gym and rooftop views were all great features. However the best thing about the hotel is the staff and management who were welcoming and helpful throughout. Highly recommended.
