O ralo do banheiro estava entupido, mau ligamos o chuveiro e a água já empoçava , e pequenas batatas na cozinha.

The house is spacious and absolutely beautiful. It is supplied with plenty of plates, glasses etc. The Internet was easy to access and install (would be better to have a QR Code printed up higher, as we are all old and had a hard time getting down on the floor). Really nice shower and bathroom equipped with a bidet. The location is good, there are shops nearby to buy water, etc., and everyone in the neighborhood was really friendly and helpful, and we had some amazing doner kebabs nearby. I would definitely recommend the apartment to others. If arriving from USA or other non-European countries, bring plug adapters for the outlets.
Requested early (two days before arrival) information about the key pick-up/check-in process since we were arriving in Rome without access to the internet. Received house number, but check-in instructions, videos, etc. weren't sent until we arrived at the door.... had to find someplace with internet wi-fi that we could access so we could collect the keys and see how to open the doors. The instructions could have been better, since the key and key slot didn't match and the door has NO NUMBER or any way to identify it as the LUXURY CHARMING HOUSE. The guy I picked up the keys from was awesome, but seemed like he didn't know someone was picking up the keys. He was reluctant to give me the key but eventually did and requested that I let him know if they worked and were for the apartment we were expecting. There were also no instructions on how to use things in the apartment (stove, AC?, TV, location of nearest train station, etc.).
