Newly updated "Emerald Gem" is our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom luxury condo in the heart of Pensacola Beach. Located at Emerald Isle this serene unit directly on the beach offers Million Dollar views from a sunrise as a brilliant arc of golden-orange light breaks the horizon to a sunset sky transforming into a vibrant canvas of fiery reds, oranges, and yellows. Make sure you bring your camera!
Unit 1104 is on the 11th floor offering a very short walk across to the beach. It has plenty of room for a family or a couples retreat featuring a private Gulf front balcony to relax and soak in the sunshine with your morning tea to your evening dinner. Both the living room and the master suite have access to the balcony. A bright modern kitchen, fully stocked with all of the essentials, ensures that you can have home cooked goodness during your stay!
The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops, accented back splash with under cabinet lighting. The eat in bar allows the whole family to enjoy mealtime together. The master en suite bathroom has an amazing newly remodeled walk-in tile shower with a Rainforest shower head, including a handheld anti-slip shower wand and relaxing seating bench. The bedroom has a cozy king size bed, large flat screen TV and newly replaced modern ceiling fan with remote and direct access to the balcony.
The guest bedroom boasts a spacious queen bed, large flat screen TV, new ceiling fan with remote. A newly purchased sleeper sofa awaits the extra guests. The living and dining great room has recently elevated all new furnishings including, couch, loveseat and chairs, large flat screen TV, ceiling fan with remote, a 6 person dining table and buffet.
Unit 1104 is a spectacular part of the Emerald Isle property experience with two pools, hot tub and fitness room all overlooking the Gulf, with a dry sauna located within the fitness room. There is on-site security, parking and secure gate entry. The property is within walking distance or seasonal free trolley rides to amazing restaurants, shopping, and night life.

This unit is such a lovely place. It is roomy and comfortable. The kitchen is stacked with many of the usual pans, dishes and glasses anyone needs for their stay. The ice maker works so well we bagged ice and didnt ever need to buy ice. The first time in 6 years for stays at Emerald Isle in other units. The Emerald Isle complex has been our first choice to stay at for many years. It is with in a easy walk to many restaraunts, bars and activities. The view of the Gulf is amazing and I can't even describe the beautiful sunset views. The pools and access to the beach is very nice. The owners are very curtious and prompt with communications. They were so kind to let us know about a free event happening at Fort Pickens we hadn't known about. Fort Pickens an interesting place to check out. We highly recommend this unit and look forward to future vists back.

Ron an Teresa... Was excellent Host very nice folks ....the condo was exceptional with beautiful beach views from the 11th floor balcony an fully stocked kitchen ... Mr Ron an Ms Teresa made it possible for us to check early which was awesome also took care of getting our vehicles registered for a hassle free checkin in giving us more time to enjoy stay ...

Ron was awesome! I have stayed at several Vrbo properties in the past, and Ron by far exceeds everyone else by miles. They addressed any concern I threw at them, and more! Thank you so much for your attention to detail and for ensuring we were comfortable during our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to visit a "Ron" property in the future, and recommend you do the same.

The place is very good. A little disappointed that I talked to somebody else who was renting two bedroom2 bath in the same place and they had two free umbrellas and chairs where we had to rent them. Also, the number they gave me to rent. The guy told me I had to rent for three days or nothing. So I went down to the beach and they rented them to me for one day. The small bathroom has not been updated. The shower is hard to start needs updating. There aIs no extra stuff if you rent this place.
