Le réceptionniste était complètement perdu et nous a fait attendre longtemps pour nous remettre les clés.
La piscine était vraiment froide.

We had a wonderful stay at Residensi KLIA. The location is extremely convenient for Kuala Lumpur International Airport, which made everything very easy for us. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and always available whenever we needed anything.
The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. Everything was well organized and made us feel very welcome. A great choice if you need to stay close to the airport. Highly recommended!

Die Einrichtung im Wohnzimmer und der Ausblick waren gut. Es gibt direkt vor der Tür ein kleinen Shop und über die Straße einen gemütlichen Streetfood-Markt.
Wir waren nur für eine Nacht dort um am nächsten Morgen zum Flughafen zu fahren, für die eine Nacht war es in Ordnung aber wir würden wahrscheinlich nicht wiederkommen.
Die Badezimmer waren sehr runter gekommen, ein Regal hing nur noch schief an der Wand und der Gesamteindruck war einfach unhygienisch.
Die Betten waren sehr unbequem.
