The location and having a washer dryer
Too many floors and no bathroom on the floor where the living room and kitchen.

Clean. Spacious. Comfortable. Easy to get to. Grocery store walking distance.
The doors to all the rooms slam shut(fire doors). You can hear that throughout the home and adjoining homes if you don’t close them carefully.

New, clean, comfortable townhouse.
Good location, base to explore Galway.
Unusual layout, over three floors. Kitchen/ living room on 2nd floor. Fine if no mobility issues.
Plenty of room in the townhouse.
Rooms need curtains, blinds are present but still let in plenty light around the edges.
