The location is perfect, less than 5 mins walk from the main shopping street, cinema, theatre etc. The apartment was clean and has a comfortable double bed, sofa, three chairs and a large ottoman with room for storage. There is also a microwave, coffee maker, two hotplates, fridge with small freezer compartment, washing machine and dryer, and flatscreen TV. The appliances were in good working order and easy to use. There is also a balcony with a table, two chairs and blankets for cold evenings. I used the balcony for breakfast and it gets the sun in the mornings. I met a few of the other residents in the building, who were friendly and polite.
Be aware that this is a studio apartment, so all the appliances are in the same room where you are sleeping and hanging out, and there is very limited food storage. The room itself does feel spacious, however, and for a short stay for one person or a couple, it is fine. As is often the case in large apartment buildings, there was a smell of cabbage or something similar which I assume was a cooking smell from another apartment. It was strongest in the entryway to the apartment and faded further in. There was also some construction noise from another apartment on one of the days I stayed, which was obviously not the fault of the hosts and happens in any building. In any case, it was confined to normal working hours. Apart from that, there was remarkably little noise. Overall, I was very satisfied and would stay here again.

Чистая постель, посуда,пылесос, стиральная и сушильная машина,моющие средства! Все было супер! Очень понравилось!
Не было утюга!
А так же так как квартира находится в центре то большая проблема с парковками автомобиля! Владелец квартиры должен обеспечить с парковкой и выделить одно месте во дворе дома!

Man konnte sehr gut schlafen. Trotz offenem Fenster hat man keinen Verkehr gehört. Es gibt einen Trockner und eine Waschmaschine und die Heizung ist auch sehr gut.
Stöpsel zum Abwaschen und für die Badewanne fehlten. Die Küche war extrem klein. Es gab ein Sofa und Couch aber keinen vernünftigen Tisch zum Essen außer draußen auf dem Balkon so ein kleinen.

It was clean
It had no fan in the middle of a heatwave, and the house was extremely hot. Very annoying property manager. After refusing early check-in, she kept asking for my arrival time via WhatsApp. Furthermore, the router was unplugged, and the cables were extremely tangled. When I reported it, I received a denial that anything was wrong and a warning not to mess up the cables! Finally, numerous messages reminding me about check-out... Very bad management
