Really close to station, facilities such as washing machine and cooker, basic breakfast good. Supermarkets nearby.
Shower very small - can't bend down to wash feet.

The apartment itself is charming, with a fantastic balcony view, clean and well-equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay.
Location-wise, the apartment is very conveniently located, just a few minutes’ walk from the train station, with plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area.
As for breakfast, the host leaves a few items in the apartment for guests. However, don’t expect the typical hotel-style breakfast. Several products are available, and you can choose whether to have them based on your personal taste.
One downside, unfortunately, is the sound insulation from the outside. Even with all the windows and doors closed, you can still hear the noise and general buzz from outside, which can be noticeable. I actually found myself checking the windows several times to make sure they were properly closed, wondering if I had perhaps left one slightly open. Unfortunately, they were all closed, so the issue seems to be mainly related to the sound insulation rather than the windows themselves. As a result, I was unfortunately unable to rest as well as I would have liked during my stay.
For the bedding, a duvet cover was provided, but no duvet or blanket was inside it. I think it would be a good idea to have a duvet or blanket available, so that each guest can decide whether they would like to use it or not, depending on their personal preference and the room temperature.
I was also a little bothered by the host sending me a message at around 10 p.m. to ask if I had arrived, remind me about the city tax (although this information had already been sent by email and was also mentioned on the door), and ask what time I would be checking out. I understand the host wanted to make sure everything was in order, but given the late hour and the fact that the information had already been communicated (including the city tax and the check-out time), I found the message a little unnecessary and disruptive.

Ottima struttura in posizione comoda con parcheggio adiacente. Appartamento arredato con gusto.
Luci aggiuntive notturne nella zona notte, prodotti colazione per intolleranza al lattosio e asciugamani piccoli per bidet completerebbero offerta già molto buona.

Appartamento molto carino, pulito, e vicinissimo alla stazione, per noi molto comoda per prendere il trenino del Bernina. Abbiamo trovato tante cose per la colazione, yogurt, pane in cassetta, croissant, uova, burro marmellata, caffè ecc. Siamo state solo una notte ma siamo state benissimo.
